Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of automotive financing and insurance (F&I) operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state finance guidelines and regulations.
• Review and finalize customer transactions, ensuring impeccable paperwork and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
• Train and mentor sales team on finance and insurance products and processes.
• Monitor and optimize finance department performance and profitability.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in automotive finance management, with a minimum of 3 years as a Finance Manager or F&I Director.
• Experience in Honda and/or Acura dealership operations is advantageous but not required.
• Strong understanding and complete knowledge of federal and state finance guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and enhance departmental efficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
