I would like to inform you that I am so impressed with the great, efficient, and friendly service I received from Patricia Dugal. On two separate occasions, Patricia assisted me with problems concerning my CRV. She was extremely helpful, patient, and polite. Patricia scheduled dates for my car to be serviced and personally checked if the replacement for the recall product was available. Her manner was so positive, encouraging, confident, and personal. It was such a pleasure for me to receive such exceptional and outstanding service. Patricia certainly is an asset to Honda!!

I recently had my car in for service at your facility. My Service Advisor was Clara Torres. My car was longer than anticipated and cost more than anticipated and so I was not happy at all, however, I could not be mad at Ms. Torres. She helped me navigate how I could get home and showed empathy with a positive attitude and lovely smile. She is a great representative for the Honda Brand. Her other attributes include her technical knowledge, listening ability, effective communication and responsiveness. She also had a great rapport with her colleagues and they with her. If I was not retired I would hire her myself! When you have an employee of the month award, include my vote when selecting!

I hope and pray all is well. My name is Faiza T. I am a single mom, working the night shift so that I can take care of my family in the daytime. I just wanted you to know, I have been coming here since I bought a Honda. Since Brandon Martinez helped me once, I cannot explain how much easier it is whenever I come here. He has always listened to my concerns ( if my budget is tight, he helps me understand the car’s maintenance needs the most so that I can manage ). He has never rushed me, or made me realize I don’t understand if something is needed and I should do it, if I doze off in the waiting room, he has always been so kind that is needed in the times we live in. He has been a son who every mom would be proud to have.
At one time, my car had a dent in the back on one side. I had taken estimates from collision stores and they gave me $350, $550, $500+ and I wasn’t getting it repaired because of a tight budget. When I came for an oil change, Brandon asked me if he wants to see if the people here can see if the clips can be put together. It cost me $90. I come here with peace that someone will listen and understand. If you can do anything to make him feel appreciated, it will go a long way.

This is the worst experience I had. the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they charged me 600 to replace a battery and I only gave to get a 60 dollar oil change and at the end I had pay 700 dollars and then the same day all the warning light came up and I went back and they said 200 to check and it so stupid bc I bring the car the same day they worked on it and ... I was able to drop off my car and pick it up with no problems. And the advisor (B.jones ) kept an open line of communication/ updates etc.
The Service Advisor, Brandon, always goes above and beyond to meet the needs. The waiting area is very clean and organize and all staff are warm and welcoming. Only problem is they must find a way to acknowledge appoints submitted through the Honda app. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere. Thank you.

The guys here are courteous not condescending. The turn around time is excellent. I arrived on time and waited for my car the ambience of the waiting area made it a pleasant experience. They are efficient in taking care of my car needs.

Bad serviceI I had a recall so I went to Honda. They went under the car to change the gas pump. The black plastic (cover)that protects the gas tank was not screwed on, they left it like that, the plastic was dragging under the car.. I really regret coming to Honda Valley Stream.

My service agent Brandon was very good at his job. The only thing I didn’t like was that I got there at 10 AM and didn’t leave to 2 PM.

Clara was a big help during my routine maintenance. She informed me about checking the AC on my car due to a recent notification from Honda regarding the condensor. The Honda tech checked my car and discovered the condensor was leaking and it was replaced under warranty. Now I have peace of mind going into the summer knowing that my AC is running efficiently.
